Abstract

The proposed conceptual model presented in this paper needs to be tested in real-life settings within the educational sector, specifically within the field of higher education, and future empirical research should carry out validation against practical institutional data[cite: 6]. The relationship between cognitive innovation, ethical leadership, and institutional performance could be explored via quantitative methods based on structural equation modelling[cite: 6]. Policymakers need to develop special regulatory guidelines governing how neuro-data can be collected and used in educational facilities[cite: 6]. Meanwhile, the use of AI and behavioural data could be monitored through the creation of ethics committees within institutions[cite: 6]. Leadership training programmes that include model decisions on ethical issues and cognitive sciences can significantly enhance leadership skills[cite: 6]. Cross-cultural studies can determine the role of ethical responsibility within different educational systems internationally[cite: 6]. By advancing the innovation agenda responsibly, higher education institutions will regain the confidence of their stakeholders through a commitment to sustainable development combined with cognitive innovation[cite: 6].
